Our son and his girlfriend have an agreement with the trustees and confirmed by the Enterprise Court Ghent Department Dendermonde a few weeks ago, to be able to buy the house they have lived in with their joint children for years. A bank has granted them a loan to buy this house together.
Now suddenly, after the court's agreement, the trustees have imposed another additional debt on the girlfriend. Although it had been agreed through her Pro Deo lawyer that this debt would be set off against the purchase price of the house. This promise is not fulfilled by the trustees. They are now suddenly demanding an additional amount.
This amount is such that the bank does not want to finance this extra. Despite the fact that both, my son and his girlfriend have created a steady income that is more than enough to pay off this unlawful debt in time.
If they cannot pay this illegitimate debt right now, it is certain that eviction will follow with their two children, the youngest of whom is already seriously ill for a long time. The trustees and the bailiff will make sure my son and his girlfriend and defenseless children are driven out of their home. Yet another grave calamity.

We will ensure that the amount we receive is paid to the notary to still allow the sale to go ahead.
Please help us to ensure that we finally get peace of mind for the little remaining future still.
Unfortunately, this will not happen if the trustees evict my son and his girlfriend and defenseless children from their home. Yet another grave calamity.
Gabriella's inspiration and work force of years have been destroyed to a large extent, made impossible by all the unjust events caused by KBC and Enterprise Court Ghent department Dendermonde in more like two years of severe agony. By these new acts of the trustees, we will be bullied additional again.
This is also vital for our young grandchildren who have had to endure this terror for more than two long years.
