SLEEP PROBLEMS
With all the events of the last few decades, it is impossible to sleep normally anymore.
If you get too hot during the night, you may have a fever.
It is not a pleasant feeling when pain prevents you from sleeping.
Sleeping problems during the night, commonly known as insomnia, include difficulty staying asleep, waking up frequently, or early morning awakening, often resulting in daytime fatigue, irritability, and poor concentration. Underlying causes include stress, anxiety, pain, medical conditions (e.g., reflux, sleep apnea), and poor sleep habits. Effective management involves improving sleep hygiene, such as maintaining a consistent schedule and a dark, quiet, cool room.
